Along a beach, I see footprints
imbedded in the sand.
Some lead to cool waters,
others to the edge, beyond the horizon.
One path is trampled, one is
distinct.
Do not follow my path,
for I may misguide you.
Do not lead me,
for I may not follow.
Instead, walk beside me.
Let us create our own path
and lead the lost back home.
